Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
